Can I order multiple letters?
Yes, if you have small children in your family, or wish to send Letters from Santa to nieces, nephews, God-children etc, you can place multiple orders. However a new form must be submitted for each letter
Can I bundle a letter from Santa with the Certificate or Birthday Card?
Yes, you can order the letter for your child, a Nice List Certificate and a Birthday Card from Santa all at one time
How soon must I place my order to ensure my child receives the letter before Christmas Day?
You must place your order no later than November 20th
Do I have to pay for postage?
No. There are no additional costs
How will the letter arrive?
A plain large envelope will be delivered by mail to the parent/guardian. Within that envelope will be a letter (and the Certificate if ordered) addressed to the child from Santa, all the way "from the North Pole", which you will give to your Little One. If you order a Birthday Card, you hang on to that to be "delivered" on the child's birthday.
